How long they last comes down to which method you use and how you prep:
- With adhesive tabs (included): expect 1–2 days. Tabs are easy to apply and gentle to remove — best for short-term wear and reusing the same set across different weeks.
- With nail glue (not included; widely available at drugstores): expect 14–21 days when nails are prepped well and kept dry during the first hours. Heavy water exposure or oils on the nail bed will shorten this.
- To get the most wear with either method: clean and dry your natural nails before applying, press firmly for 10–15 seconds per nail, and avoid soaking your hands in the first few hours.
