1. ARTISAN PROCESSING TIME

At Muoi Press-On Nails, each set is hand-finished with care to ensure the highest quality.

Standard Orders:
Please allow 1–3 business days for our artisans to craft and prepare your nails before dispatch.

Peak Seasons:
During sales or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we create your custom set.


2. SHIPPING ZONES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We offer trackable international shipping from our Saigon studio.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery (US): 7–12 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.


3. SHIPPING FEES & FREE SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $79 USD.


4. ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Tracking Confirmation:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.

If you do not see updates after 4 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll check the status for you.


5. DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

Address Changes:
Requests for changes or corrections must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.


6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ISSUES

Proof of Delivery:
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier (status marked “Delivered”) will be used as proof of successful delivery.

Missing Packages:
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
  • Contact your local carrier for assistance

While we cannot control the shipment after delivery, we will always assist you in resolving any issues.


7. RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We can reship your order for an additional fee

Please contact us to arrange reshipping.


8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees required by their destination country.
